Christmas, Easter, school holidays — Pack families book before the public list opens. That’s how you get the week you actually wanted.

Questions before you join

Do I have to join The Pack?

No. You can keep booking as you do now. Joining is free, and it’s what unlocks 5% off, the free night after ten, and holiday dates before they go public.

Will you text me?

Only if you say yes on the form. Those texts are for member offers and when holiday bookings open — not a weekly newsletter. Reply STOP anytime.

When can I use the free night?

On quieter dates — not Christmas, New Year, Easter, or Queensland school holidays. We keep those at the holiday rate.

Is daycare at every retreat?

The daycare plans are at Ellen Grove (Brisbane South) for now. You can still join The Pack at Kholo, Perth and Darwin for boarding.

What happens to days I don’t use?

On a membership, unused days roll into the next month once, then they expire. A 10-day pass needs to be used within 90 days. Casual is just that day.

Can I pause a daycare membership?

Yes. You can skip one month every year without cancelling.
