Registration Requirements

Before You Book: Create or Update Your Account

To make a booking, you’ll need a Dolittles account. Registration only takes a few minutes.

You will need:

• A valid email address and password
• Your pet’s microchip number
• A digital copy of vaccination records
• Pet details: breed, sex, weight, and any relevant notes

Friendly Note:

The more you tell us about your pet, the better we can care for them. Feel free to include any personality quirks, routines, favourite toys, or special needs so our team can make their stay as comfortable as possible.

Once your pet profile is set up, future bookings are fast and seamless.

How to Book – Boarding

Boarding Bookings

These steps apply to overnight and extended stays.

Steps:

1. Select your retreat location
2. Choose your check-in and check-out dates
3. Choose the unit type
4. Add pets
   You can add multiple pets and assign them to different unit types.
5. Add Extras (Optional)
6. Review your booking details
7. Submit your booking request

Important:

All boarding bookings are submitted as requests.
A team member will review and approve your booking and you’ll receive an email notification once confirmed.

How to Book – Daycare

Daycare Bookings

These steps apply to casual daycare or recurring weekly visits.

Steps:

1. Select your retreat location
2. Choose your day(s):
• Single day
• A date range
• Or recurring weekly day (e.g., every Monday)
3. Choose place type
4. Add pets
5. Add Extras (Optional)
6. Review your booking details
7. Submit your booking request

Important:

Daycare bookings also require staff approval.
You will be notified once your booking has been reviewed and confirmed.
